First phase: the design project

The design phase of an interior design/architecture project consists of several stages:

First telephone or video contact to better understand your request and the scope of your project
First meeting on site: first ideas, clarification of expectations, collection of information necessary for the establishment of the estimate.
Sketching: I present a first version of the plans, sketches, samples; we reorient or confirm the proposed choices together.
Final project: submission of the complete design and technical file

At the end of this phase, the project is ready for implementation. You have two options: implement it yourself or move on to phase 2!

Second phase: implementation

The implementation phase is essential to the success of your project. I can help you by carrying out or supporting you in :

Drawing up clear and precise specifications for the contractors and technicians;
Requesting quotes from them;
Drawing up a work schedule;
Drawing up a detailed shopping list and supporting the ordering of furniture and decoration;
Following-up of deliveries;
Placing furniture and decorative objects in the space and staging the space.

Throughout the implementation process, you will be kept informed of the progress of the work. You remain the “project manager”.

This “implementation” formula is applicable to both full renovation projects and simpler interior design projects.
